C&C Holdings is a locally owned and operated Property Development and Management company serving the Twin Ports area.

C&C Holdings was formed in 2009 by Craig Jouppi and Chad Scott. Both owners are licensed engineers with extensive backgrounds in civil, marine, and building engineering and construction. Their knowledge and expertise in both engineering and construction allows them to tackle difficult projects that require creative thinking, critical analysis, and common-sense approaches to achieve development and redevelopment success.

C&C Holdings core is focused on commercial and residential property development with a specialization in the rehabilitation of historical buildings, waterfront properties, as well as the reuse and remediation of former industrial sites. C&C can ensure proper compliance with all regulations, on any level, on any project. With years of experience, C&C delivers properties that are environmentally friendly, cost-effective and a good fit for the intended purpose.

Following unanimous approval from the Cloquet City Council for necessary resolutions, the project transformed this landmark building into modern apartments. This development is not only a nod to the rich history embedded in the structure's walls, established over a century ago by Hans and Lucy Solem but also marks a significant step towards the revitalization of Cloquet's downtown area. With the support of the local community, C&C Holdings is proud to be involved with this important and transformative project.
